Our Story

India's dentists
deserved better.
So we built it.

Medecro.ai is India's first dental clinic management software with AI trained on Indian patient data. Not adapted. Not localised. Built here, from scratch, for this.

Our Mission

Give every dentist in India the diagnostic intelligence of the world's best — trained on Indian data, built for Indian practice.

Not adapted. Not localised. Built here, from scratch, for this — so no finding is left to chance, in any clinic, anywhere in the country.

What We Do

Medecro.ai is the AI operating system for Indian clinics — built on Indian datasets, designed for Indian workflows. Every module talks to every other. No patchwork. No workarounds. One platform that runs the whole practice.

AI X-Ray Analysis

94.7% sensitivity. Trained on 60K+ Indian radiographs. Detects caries, bone loss, and periapical pathology — not adapted from Western data.

Dental EHR & Records

Dental, endodontic & periodontal charting. Complete records management — structured for how Indian dentists document. Built for 40+ patients a day.

Appointments & Scheduling

Multi-chair scheduling for high-volume Indian clinics. Automated reminders, no-show tracking, and recall workflows — built in.

Billing & Payments

Treatment-linked billing. Instant invoice generation, transparent pricing — every rupee accounted for before the patient leaves the chair.

The Problem We Saw

Medecro.ai was not born in a boardroom. It began with a conversation — and a question that refused to go away.

Dr Chandravir Singh had spent 18 years in clinical dentistry and research. During his travels, he encountered dental AI software being actively used in Canada — tools that could analyse radiographs with a consistency no unaided eye could match. He came back to India with one question for his co-founder: why does nothing like this exist here?

Navneet Kumar had spent 22 years building enterprise software and telecommunications systems. When Chandravir brought him the question, his instinct was to check the market first. They researched carefully — and found that no Indian company was working in dental AI. Not one. The category was either vacant or occupied by imported products trained on Western data, designed for Western workflows, and priced for Western clinics.

“We looked for an Indian dental AI company and found none. That wasn't discouraging — it was the answer. Someone had to build it first, and we had exactly what it needed.”

— Navneet Kumar, Co-Founder & CEO

The tools that existed didn't know Indian patients. They had never once accounted for a high-volume Indian clinic running on two staff, a single RVG sensor, and forty patients before lunch. Dr Chandravir was living the clinical consequences of that gap every day — in missed caries, in undetected bone loss, in the exhaustion of being the only set of eyes on forty radiographs.

“A dentist in Lucknow sees the same pathologies as a dentist in London. The difference is the tools at their side. That's the gap we exist to close.”

— Dr Chandravir Singh, Co-Founder & Clinical Lead

Together, they founded Medecro Technologies with a clear mandate: build India's first AI dental software — trained on Indian data, aligned with IDA protocols — and wrap it inside dental practice management software designed from the ground up for how Indian dentists actually work. Not adapted. Not localised. Built here, from scratch, for this.

01

Indian teeth need AI trained on Indian data — not adapted from somewhere else.

02

Clinical AI earns trust diagnosis by diagnosis — not feature by feature.

03

Every dentist in India — solo or chain — deserves the same diagnostic intelligence.

A Letter From the Founders

Medecro.ai

To the dentists of India,

We built Medecro.ai because we believed that every dentist in India — in a solo clinic in Amritsar or a 20-chair chain in Bengaluru — deserves AI dental clinic software that was made for them. That belief has not wavered. Every radiograph we annotated, every model we trained, every clinic we onboarded has been a step toward a dental healthcare system where no finding is left to chance.

India has over 3 lakh practising dentists. They are talented, hardworking, and vastly underserved by the technology available to them. We are here to change that — with AI that knows Indian patients, dental practice management software that fits Indian practice, and a platform built to grow with every dentist who uses it.

We are early. But we are building something permanent.
